working principle

Tianyue medical molecular sieve oxygen equipment, is the application of advanced pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology, oxygen from the air to extract new equipment. The present invention takes the air as the raw material, the zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorbent, and uses the zeolite molecular sieve to selectively adsorb oxygen and nitrogen at room temperature and low pressure, and the adsorption capacity increases with the increase of the adsorption pressure and decreases with the decrease of the adsorption pressure. Nitrogen is adsorbed under pressure, oxygen is enriched, nitrogen is desorbed under reduced pressure, and molecular sieves are regenerated at the same time, alternating cycles, thereby separating oxygen. Specific work process for the compressed air purified by air purification dryer, through the switching valve into the adsorption tower. In the adsorption tower, nitrogen is adsorbed by the molecular sieve. Oxygen is accumulated in the top of the adsorption tower and then enters the oxygen storage tank. After passing the odor, the dust is removed and sterilized, the qualified medical oxygen is obtained. The entire oxygen production process for the physical adsorption process, no chemical reaction, no pollution to the environment.
